Terms of Service

By placing an order in my Discord server, you agree to these terms. Please read everything before you order so we're on the same page from day one.

If these terms are not followed, I may need to cancel the project, and no refunds will be issued for work already done.

If anything here concerns you, bring it up in your order channel before we start - I'm happy to talk it through.

All commissions run through my Discord server. I don't take orders through email, DMs, contact forms, or marketplaces - the order button is the only door.

To order: join the server, tap "Place an Order", and fill in a short form - what you want built, your budget, and your deadline. The moment you submit, a private channel opens that only you and I can see.

Everything about your project happens in that one channel: confirming scope and price, the deposit, progress updates, revision requests, and final delivery. That's your paper trail and mine.

The project starts once we've agreed on scope and price in your channel and your deposit is in. Submitting the order form alone doesn't reserve a slot.

Payment is split 50/50: a 50% deposit upfront to lock in your slot and start the work, and the remaining 50% when you're happy with the result - paid before your final files are handed over.

For small projects valued below $50 USD (or R$20,000), full payment is required upfront instead of the split.

Payments can be made via PayPal or Robux. PayPal payments come with a 10% processing fee and must be sent using the "Friends and Family" option, only to the address I give you in your order channel. Robux prices are higher than USD prices because Roblox takes a 30% cut of every sale - that part goes to Roblox, not me.

Prices are quoted in USD. Any additional taxes or fees are your responsibility.

Once you approve the finished build, the remaining balance is due within 24 hours. If it isn't paid in time, a 10% late fee is added; if it still isn't paid after another 24 hours, the project is suspended, the agreement is terminated, and the matter may be reported to the relevant communities.

I don't accept revenue-sharing deals unless the game has more than 200 concurrent players and the percentage offered is 5% or higher.

Percentage deals on released games don't go through the Discord order system - don't submit them with "Place an Order". Message me directly at @begi.dll instead.

Your build is delivered as a live, playable Roblox experience. From early in the project you get a link you can open and play - not screenshots, not promises.

Every time I push an update, you get an automatic message in your channel with the fresh link. You never have to ask for progress; it shows up on its own.

When you're happy and the remaining balance is paid, your final files (the .rbxl place file) plus the live link are posted in your channel with an "Approve / Finish" button. Tapping it completes the order.

After you approve, your channel stays open for about 48 hours so you can grab everything you need. After that it's archived. Save your files during that window - I keep backups, but don't count on me as your only copy.

Want changes? Just say so in your order channel. I make the tweaks, republish, and you're automatically notified when the update is live.

Minor revisions within the agreed scope are included in the price. Changes that go beyond what we agreed on (new features, redesigns, "while you're at it" additions) are quoted separately before I build them - no surprise charges either way.

Included revisions cover up to 3 rounds of minor changes. Anything past that is quoted as extra work.

I fix any bugs in delivered work for free within 48 hours after final delivery. After that window, fixes are quoted as new work.

Refunds aren't offered unless there's a clear issue from my side. I will do my best to resolve any problems fairly if they arise.

If you cancel a commission, I will keep the 50% upfront payment, and you will be reported to the third parties.

If I cancel the project, I will offer a full refund. Upon refund, both parties agree that no further obligations remain under this agreement.

If payment is sent incorrectly, you have 24 hours to request a refund.

Once the final balance is paid and the order is complete, the delivered work is yours to use - the place file, the code inside it, and the right to use, modify, and publish it in your own games and projects.

What you can't do is resell it. The work, code, and assets I deliver may not be resold, relicensed, redistributed, or repackaged - not as a marketplace asset, kit, model, or "system for sale", whether as-is or lightly modified. Your license is for your own projects, not for passing the work on as a product. If you want resale rights for something specific, ask in your order channel before we start and we'll price it separately.

I keep the right to showcase the work in my portfolio, on this website, and on social media. I will never share your source code, game data, or anything sensitive - just what the work looks like.

If you write a review, your username and profile picture will be displayed on my portfolio website.

Anything private you share with me in your order channel stays confidential. NDAs and formal contracts can be discussed case by case.

Keep everything about your project in your order channel - that protects both of us. Deals discussed in DMs or outside the server are not covered by these terms, and nobody claiming to be me outside my server should be trusted or paid.

Be respectful in the server and in your channel. Harassment, threats, or attempts to scam end the project immediately with no refund, and Discord's own Terms of Service apply on top of mine.

One project per order. Got another idea? Place another order - it gets its own channel and its own clean scope.
